At Mosaic Glow Studio, we are committed to providing enjoyable and memorable workshop experiences. Because our workshops require advance preparation, materials, and reserved seating, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy.
Workshop Bookings
All workshop bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to secure your seat.
Spaces are limited and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation by Participants
More than 7 Days Before the Workshop
If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before your scheduled workshop, you may choose one of the following:
- A full refund to your original payment method.
- A one-time transfer to another available workshop date.
- Studio credit equal to the full amount paid, valid for 12 months.
3–7 Days Before the Workshop
If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before your workshop, you may receive:
- A one-time transfer to another available workshop date, or
- Studio credit for the amount paid.
Refunds are generally not available during this period.
Less than 72 Hours Before the Workshop
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled workshop are non-refundable.
Because materials are prepared in advance and your seat has been reserved specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for late cancellations.
Private Events & Group Bookings
Private workshops, corporate events, birthdays, and group bookings may require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking.
Because these events involve dedicated scheduling and preparation:
- Deposits are generally non-refundable.
- Date changes are subject to availability.
- Cancellation terms may differ and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
If We Cancel a Workshop
In the rare event that Mosaic Glow Studio must cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, instructor illness, weather conditions, or other operational reasons, you will be offered one of the following:
- A full refund.
- A transfer to another workshop date.
- Studio credit for a future workshop.
Damaged or Defective Materials
If any workshop materials supplied by Mosaic Glow Studio are damaged or defective upon receipt, please notify us promptly so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or solution.
Gift Cards & Gift Certificates
Gift cards and gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by applicable law.
